Installers are field based and perform project-based work, consisting of installation and/or modification of HVAC systems (unitary, DX split systems), VRF systems, cooling towers, chillers, boilers, etc.  This sometimes includes removal and reinstallation of ductwork and piping. You will report to a superintendent or project manager and could work on multiple projects at different locations through the week.  If scheduled shutdown is required, you will sometimes need to work nights and/or weekends to accommodate customer needs.
